Actually, if you search for "baile sorpresa" on youtube, you will get LOTS of videos of 15-year-old girls doing the types of dances you’re asking about as their "surprise dance"
Or, you can simply type in "duranguense" or "bachata" in the search box for Youtube, and you’ll find many, many things as well.
Or, you can try local music stores; they often carry DVDs with dancing! (I know this for a fact: my brothers own a music store specializing in Spanish music from all over!)
Does dancing burn a lot of calories?
I listen to a lot of merengue and bachata , i love dancing to them, especially merengue, im just wondering if dancing to merengue burns a lot of calories. i want to lose that belly flab.
yeah, my boyfriend’s sister in law is super healthy and thin and she doesn’t workout, she only dances merengue and bachata
