i think you go 2 steps to the right and to the left
I’m no expert, but I think you’ll find the chassez are three steps to either side on the first three beats of each measure (side, together, side small steps) with a pause, tap or even a leg crawl on the fourth beat.
there is not really a way to dance bachata. you just kinda have to go with the rythm!!

hey! i just learned that tonight! so from i can remember…girls go to the right first (side together side) and you can add a lil pop with your hips on your left side (pushing your left foot into the ground) then to the left (side together side *pop*)….it’s a pretty close contact dance but it’s fun!
